  • A unified news outlet and think tank for the campaign finance reform movement.

Matt C What question(s) is this project is trying to answer?
Brian B Despite polling that shows that the role of money in politics is "important" or "very important to >95% of the people, it is rarely covered in the media. Furthermore, various reform groups all have multiple PR campaigns but no consolidated place to talk about them, while opponents of reform fund think tanks, "journalists", and "news" organizations.

Radio Republic Regained is a think tank and media network dedicated to understanding politics and national events from a "Follow the Money" point of view.

It is a unified news outlet for the campaign finance reform movement, and will fund and promote top thinkers and columnists who can contribute credibly on this issue.

It will produce video podcasts, blog posts, documentaries, a monthly or bi-monthly magazine (online & print-on-demand) and publish books.

It will startup funds by crowdfunding, but run as a self-sustaining for-profit business after that.
